I went to Sephora recently to get the Bare Minerals Set. I’ve been wanting to get if for such a long time but I couldn’t buy it from any website because they don’t ship to Malaysia. Anyway, I was glad that Sephora has them, so I just went there and got one for myself.
The cost was RM239. It is quite expensive than what was offered in US. But I wanted to try it so badly that I bought it without hesitant. I tried it immediately, of course.
Verdict:
It didn’t deliver the results that I expected. I think i bought the wrong shade. my friends told me that i looked slightly darker. But I bought the Medium to medium beige set. So, does that mean i have to buy the lightest set… I don’t know…
But, to be fair, the difference was not that obvious actually… It could be that I didn’t give proper coverage. The package consist of concealer (free), brushes, 2 set of base (medium, medium beige), mineral veil and a bronzer.
And I bought Benefit brightening face primer as well… I haven’t tried the face primer yet… so, i’ll post the review once i tested it…
Hi. I just bought their set too. But looks like you were lucky because your set has more things than mine! And yes, my friends did say i look a tad darker. It could be the bronzer btw. i think a VERY minimal amount is supposed to be used. But I do love their products. Wish they could ship here
Yeah, I do wish they ship here. I only applied the bronzer on my cheek to give me more chiseled look. I hope there are more range in their set, so that we can choose which is our shade.
