Worst Astro Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had the Astro installer to come and fix the Astro PVR today. The installer (only 1 person) came to install at 1pm. We had to leave my father in law at home with the guy as we were hurrying to go to Klang.

When we came back, we were astonished to see the mess he made was not cleared. Our tile was broken and the worst part is the upstairs TV which has the Astro connected is not even clear. The guy said that he need to drill the wall to put in a cable.

The guy said that he needs to drill to put the cable but he decide to pick the spot which is close to the tile. In the process he broke the tile. Don’t tell me, on our wall which is about 10ft height he had to pick the spot which is closest to the tile. I had Astro beyond installed before and another Astro in my bedroom. There were no problem, they cleared the mess, no boxes or tiny things scattered around. But this dumbf**k literally left the boxes, pieces of papers and the wires lying around on the floor. He didn’t even clear the dust caused by all the drilling.

When my father in law tried to explain to him that the TV is not clear, the idiot had the nerve to tell my father in law, ‘Lu dengar apa saya cakap’.

You stupid dumbf**k, mangkuk, bodoh… how dare you to talk to my father in law like that… if tht guy was in front of me, I would have slapped and kicked that dumbf**k’s ass

Astro!!! Just because you guys are the only company providing satellite TV, doesn’t mean that you can simply do what ever you want without considering the customer’s satisfaction. Let me tell you something, last time Maxis had so many issues with customers and they decided to ignore the customers complain simply because they were no 1 at the time. Guess what happened… Celcom and Digi has picked up their pace and Maxis sales has gone down and now all of a sudden Maxis customer service is doing so well… ASTRO, YOUR COMPETITORS WILL COME SOON, DO SOMETHING BEFORE YOU LOSE.

We made an official complain to the Astro and my husband has instructed them to come tomorrow and fix it. Let’s see what happens tomorrow. I shall update it.

Han Room @ The Gardens

A few days ago, my mother in law gave us a treat at Han Room located in the Gardens. Han Room is a posh restaurant that serves Chinese food and it is not halal. Well, I don’t know whether you can say it’s posh or not but this restaurant pricing is a lot more expensive than the normal restaurant.

Although expensive, I think it’s worth every penny. I used to hate shark fin’s soup coz the normal restaurant usually serves fake shark fin’s soup. How do I know?? I’m sure you know the difference too if you are able to taste the original and fake soup. Anyway, the soup that was served in the Han’s Room is authentic and it was scrumptious. My mother in law was surprised, when she saw me gulping down the soup. Hehehe… I guess I got expensive taste… :P

Other dishes were awesome too but my family finds Ming Room to have much more tastier food. Well, I ‘ve got to agree with them coz I did enjoy Ming Room’s food a lot more than the Han’s Room. Nonetheless, Han’s dishes are above average. By the way, in case you are wondering both MING and HAN are siblings. They have other sibling restaurant as well.

Anyhow, I loved the ambience of the restaurant. They have variety selection for set menu, if you come in big group. Interested to go?? Make sure you do a reservation first because you might not be able to secure a table coz I think they are always crowded and booked.

New handbag, Guess!!!

Now a days, I’m making lots of trip to KLCC… hehee… well, the reason I went to KLCC this time is to have a look at books in Kinokuniya. I need to select a few for my office library. Unfortunately, I didn’t do what I was suppose to do because the jam was heavy due to the road closure at Dataran Merdeka. So, my colleague reached late and I need to get back to my office in time, thus, I didn’t get the opportunity to select books at all…

Anyway, while waiting for her, I had my lunch with my another colleague and we went to Isetan to check out their sales (29-31st July). I wanted to buy an Aldo shoes but as I was trying it out, it was not comfortable so I had to drop the idea of buying it. It was cheap though.. imagine 60% discount, it was too good to let it go but I know I won’t use it if I find it uncomfortable…

This red bag caught the corner of my eye… hahaa… I wasn’t even looking at the direction… but the red colour captured my eye and I immediately walked to the section where they displayed this bag. I looked at the price RM155 and I know I won’t get this particular design coz it’s popular… so, I didn’t think much and I just bought it… hehee… and I am happy with my purchase
