Their time management & customer service is really sucks. They do not have the courteous to reply you even a call to inform you the status of the design. This happen not of the staff of the company but also the director of the company, namely vanessa. Her level of education look great, but when come to the customer service, is far off behind. It takes them more than 2 weeks to come out the design of the 2 storey house n yet until now, we are still awaiting for their status.
Wow, really? I hope the management are aware about this. Have u tried walking in to their place to rectify the matter?
